Exercise Only Plan:
$60 enrollment + first 6 weeks, $40/mo after
You’ll be provided with a full body exercise plan that will be customized based on your goals. If you don’t have a gym membership, this is something that I strongly encourage however I will be able to provide at home workout plans as well if a gym membership isn’t an option for you right now. You’ll have bi-weekly check ins with me via email to monitor progress and ensure you are on track and being held accountable.
Nutrition Only Plan:
$70 enrollment + first 6 weeks, $50/mo after
You’ll be provided with macronutrient goals customized specifically to you based on your current lifestyle and health goals as well as sample meal plans, intro to macros cheat sheet, and supplement recommendations (if applicable). You’ll also have weekly check ins with me via email to monitor progress and ensure you are on track and being held accountable week over week. I will be available beyond just our weekly check ins if you have any questions or simply need a pep talk!

In addition to customized macronutrients and sample meal plans, you’ll also be provided with a full body exercise plan that will again, be customized based on your goals. You’ll have weekly check ins with me via email to monitor progress and ensure you are on track and being held accountable week over week. I will be available beyond just our weekly check ins if you have any questions or just need some mid-week motivation!
Lifestyle Coaching:
$50 enrollment + first month, $25/week after
For this program, you will already be working towards a specific health and fitness goal and I will be here to mentor you through any challenges you may be facing. This will include weekly 30 minute Skype sessions to talk about your current challenges and identify ways to overcome them.
